I'm Melike, Berlin based a screenwriter and a director of several short movies.
My new fictional short script, 'What are we doing here?', was awarded by Chicago Script Awards and is listed on the Official Selection list. I'm looking for a producer for this project. To summarize, the film is a coming-of-age story about the friendship of a homosexual boy and an asocial girl who are in love with the same teacher. The story focuses on showing how they hit the cold of the real world from the naivety of the youth. The film's original language is Turkish, and I'm planning to shoot it in Istanbul.
