About Me
Andrija Ilić is a versatile filmmaker, screenwriter, and the founder of Sorta, a cinematography services company. Based in Cologne, Germany, Andrija is currently pursuing a Master's in Serial Storytelling at the International Film School in Cologne, where he is developing multiple TV series concepts that push the boundaries of traditional narrative forms.
Before fully immersing himself in the world of film, Andrija laid the foundation of his diverse skill set by graduating from Ćuprija High School of Medicine. This unique background has influenced his storytelling approach, providing him with a profound understanding of human nature and a disciplined, detail-oriented mindset.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic and Audiovisual Arts from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, Andrija expanded his expertise into various aspects of film production. His journey into storytelling began with a passion for creative writing and visual storytelling, which led him to produce music videos and short films early in his career.
Since 2014, Andrija has written, directed, and edited numerous projects, including short films, music videos, and television series. His music videos have trended on YouTube in the Balkans, showcasing his ability to engage and captivate audiences.
In 2022, Andrija founded Sorta, where he continues to explore new creative territories as a screenwriter, director, and producer. His diverse skill set spans creative writing, video production, direction, and editing, with particular proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Celtx. His experience also includes working as a narrative designer in the video game industry, which adds a unique dimension to his storytelling techniques.

DRAMATURGY The primary goal of the four-year undergraduate academic studies in dramaturgy is to provide students with applied knowledge in the field of dramaturgy, primarily through the experience of writing dramatic text and criticism for various media belonging to the dramatic and audiovisual arts (theatre, film, radio, television, video games, copywriting). Starting from the simplest ot the most complex forms, students get to know all the stages of working on a dramatic text and through the creative process of writing, they learn to use the elements of drama technique, different styles and genres, but also the peculiarities of writing for different media.
